Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. For any packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is due to an error on our own or our fulfiller’s part, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund.

Return Address & Unclaimed Items
Returned shipments will be sent to our fulfillment partner's facility. When we receive a returned shipment, we will notify you via email. If you choose to use a different return address, you will be responsible for handling and any associated costs for returned shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If the shipping address provided is insufficient and results in a return, you will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm the updated address.
Returns by Customer
Before returning any products, please contact us directly at info@atlanticbrassband.net for assistance. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please consult the size charts available on our product pages before purchasing. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, you will need to place a new order at your expense.
